Strawberry Shortcake Cookie recipe

If you have a lot of strawberries, this is a good recipe. Quick and easy, but the cookies should be eaten the same day or they get a bit soggy.

I made these once a few years ago, they are really good for a special occasion as they do get a bit wet with the fresh strawberries! Yummy!
