These are definitely the best to not leak when both opened and closed. But are a pia to put together.
The thermos fugos are great not to leak closed, but they leak when opened.

Straw cup recommendations
Playtex grippers! Best ones and i tried dozens of them.
If your child is more advanced and not first learning then thermos makes great straw cups. Thats my dd current fave
