Stores offering bonuses for purchasing gift cards this holiday?

Not sure exactly how to word that.

Last year I bought DD’s teachers/aides Panera Gift Cards…they had a promotion going on that was for every $25 in gift cards you purchase, you get a $5 gift card bonus. It was nice, since we kept the extra $5 cards…nice little bonus since we had to spend the $ anyway on their gifts.

Anyone know of other stores doing this? I see Panera is doing it again this year, but I didn’t want to do the same store. I think I saw a sign that TGI Friday’s is doing something similar too, but I feel bad giving a $15 gift certificate to the aides to there since you can’t really go there and spend under $15 for a meal (with a guest). And I know Children's Place is having some sort of a bonus when you purchase gift cards, but that won't work either.

I prefer a food place or a big store. Anybody see anything like this for this year?

ETA: I just got 4 $5 starbucks e-gift cards and got a bonus $5 gift card free. Will put them in DH's stocking.

I know Chili's has done in past.
