Storage options on LI?
We are moving out of our apartment at the end of the month, into my ILs house for a bit while we finalize our house stuff. We are trying to figure out the best thing to do with all our stuff in the meantime - does anyone have any recommendations for storage? Either PODS, something similar, or a storage facility you have used and liked?
Thanks!

Storage options on LI?
When I moved out of my co-op to DH's apartment, before we bought our house, I had my stuff in storage at Extra Storage (near the LIE in Commack). That was the cheapest we found, but also learned that the prices change depending on how "full" a place is. If they have a lot of availablilty of the size unit you are looking for it will be cheaper. If there aren't many of the size you need, it will be more. One place also told us that they are usually more full during summers because a lot of college students store their stuff for the summer. We shopped around and the prices were all over the place (Public Storage was the most expensive when we looked, but a friend used it because it was the cheapest when she looked - (but again, they had a lot of the size unit she needed available).

Re: Storage options on LI?
We used the storage place in hewlett on broadway (by the library). I have no idea what the price was but we only did it for a few months before moving into our apartment.
We had no problems.
