ARGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGH
The people in the apartment under ours, used to have 1 windchime outside...well, this week, they must of hit the windchime jackpot, as they now have 6 hanging up. Metal, tin, and wood...
and its Sooooooo windy and all I hear is those frickin windchimes!!!!!!!!!
Make them stop!!!!

God that must be frustrating! I know they have the right to decorate how they please, but I think it's a bit disrespectful to have so many windchimes up! Maybe somebody will get ticked off and take them down. My parents had windchimes up once and the neighbors came and took them down when they were out.

it would be sucha shame if it was sooo windy that gosh darn it the wind chimes got blown away  how frikkin annoying
