I know a bunch of people who use it, and for the most part, have no complaints. Students do volunteer work in there, or for credit, so there are always many eyes/ears around. The biggest complaint seems to be the cost, and probably like w/ any big center, sometimes they lose track of who fed who/changed who, etc. It is very clean with a beautiful playground area.
