Stomach virus and running
Tmi alert- I have had the runs for a week...now going on 10 days. I haven't been able to run (except 2 days and they were short runs). I know that I'm thinking stupidly but will this hiatus hurt my long distance running ability. I can run up to 20 Miles. I'm suffering running withdrawal.
