Stomach virus and FET

I came down with a terrible stomach virus - getting sick, fever and all. I start meds tomorrow (doxy, medrol, lovenox, progesterone) for a transfer Friday. Does the doctor need to know im sick? I was going to call today but slept the day away - I have zero energy. Should be fine by Friday just hoping to keep meds down tomorrow.

I would give a call and let them know. I don't know if it matters or not, but a phone call won't hurt. I hope you feel better soon!

Stomach viruses tend to pass in 24 hours. See how you feel tomorrow and if you're still sick, let them know. Chances are you wouldn't be able to keep all the meds down if you're throwing up.

I had a stomach virus the very day I was supposed to start a fresh cycle once. It was really bad and I actually went to my PCP because I was concerned about getting dehydrated. He said I absolutely could not start stims that day.... So... this is def worth asking about! Good luck and feel better!

Thanks everyone! Im putting a call in to the dr. Im not getting sick anymore so that's the good news but I am still running a fever (since Fri night). Good news is I start doxy today so it can't hurt to have any antibiotic in me. Of course if its viral, which it likely is, that does me no good. Fingers crossed that the doc says its ok to start since I still have 5 days to recover.
