Re: Stomach (bump) question
OMG I'm glad you posted this. I have been telling DH all weekend my bump looks/feels smaller. I think the hardness has to do with the position of the uterus and it CAN change - see how it is later in the day. Also someone told me it can change due to water retention so if you have been drinking lots that may impact it. I'm trying not to worry because it seems so silly to worry that our bumps look or feel different but I totally hear you!!!!! I'm sure it's fine - when was the last time you saw baby?

Re: Stomach (bump) question
I haven't experienced that yet but I do know that the uterus is shifting around...maybe it settled into a new spot with more space? Maybe some foods you ate are affecting it? Or water/salt?

Stomach (bump) question
I definitely notice points that are harder. I am 16w this week and don't have a legit bump yet. I kinda look fat/bloated.

Stomach (bump) question
I'm not showing as much as I was probably 3 weeks ago due to my DD is laying on her tummy horizontal. Prior to that she was vertical so I looked bigger but since she is all cozy and refuse to turn I look not as big. I do feel the top of my uterus above my belly button and its still hard.

Re: Stomach (bump) question
At 23 weeks my belly definitely changes daily! I think it depends on how much water you are retaining and the baby's position.

Stomach (bump) question
My bump changes daily. Right now, I have a posterior and low placenta, so my belly isn't as hard on top as it is on bottom.
