Stomach bug follow up questions sorry....TIA!!!
So after speaking with my ped yesterday he said it sounds like she probably just has a stomach bug (still has NO fever). But she has been alternating throwing up which stops completely then is followed with some diarrhea - then when we think the vomiting is gone, and she is drinking pedialyte, asking for food (didn't vomit for almost 10 hours) it starts all over again before I can even give her the food. Is that normal to throw up every 30 mins to 1 hour for a few hours, stop for 5-10 hours then start all over again? Sorry DD has never throw up before this event so I have no idea what to expect. She doesn't appear dehydrated - (no signs the ped said to watch for) - but when I spoke with the ped yesterday he said that they will throw up for a while then slow down and then stop - but it doesn't appear that she is doing that. In between bouts she is in either 2 different modes - play mode or just huddled in a ball on her tummy in my lap or on the floor with her legs under her.
I'm sorry for all of these questions...thank you to everyone who has been so supportive and helpful!!!

I think I mentioned in a previous post, that yes that can happen. Probably not the norm, but my DD did that. She threw up day/night, stopped for almost an entire day, started vomitting again for another entire day, stopped ate held down food for several hours, started again It just had to run it's course. Lot's of hugs and I hope she's feeling better soon
