stockings

I have a wedding to go to this weekend and need stockings to wear. I am only 16/17 weeks prego but I do have a baby belly as this is my 2nd..
Can I get away with normal control top tights or should u splurge and get pregnancy tights? Im just afraid my belly isn't big enough for the pregnancy ones and they wont work as well but then normal ones might be to tight on my belly.....
What to do... Also where can I get pregnancy tights anyway besides destination maternity..

i probably wouldnt spend the money on the pregnancy ones - i would just go up a size in regular ones. pick up a pair and see - if they dont fit go and get pregnancy ones

Try on a regular pair and if you're comfortable, then great. Otherwise, just grab a materinity pair. They cost just about the same anyway. I'm 9 months PP and still wearing my maternity pair only b/c they didn't rip yet, so why open a new pair!

I'm 18 weeks and right between the bloated stage and the bump stage. I had ordered some prego stockings and didn't have any regular ones so I wore the prego stockings to an event on Wednesday. They came up very high but felt pretty comfy since they were around my ribs instead of my waist. Maybe try Macy's if you can't get to DM?

I do not have an official bump yet, but bought a pair of maternity tights - they are by far the most comfortable things ever. I got them at Target and believe they were similarly priced to regular tights. I do not think I will go back to regular tights ever again!!!
