Stockings?
Going to black tie event tonight. I'm actually wearing s cocktail dress- many of the women do (it's an annual event) anyway... Not sure what to do in this weather. Clear stockings and closed toe shoes or spanx w no stockings and open toe shoes?? Oh the dilemma!

IMO, black tie is formal, I'd wear stockings. Do you have a pic of the dress?
