Stimmning and Questions
Warning y'all now, I'm gonna have tons of questions everyday... this process makes me so nervous.
I just did day two of injections... and I'm nervous, because this time some of the menopour dripped out after I injected it...
And, other than some odd pains and soreness at the injection site, I don't feel any different? Should I? I'm so afraid I'm injecting myself wrong and I'm not getting any of the medications I need.
And... should I REALLY give up coffee? I can totally give up alcohol and soda and artificial sweetners, but coffee is hard for me. I switched to half-calf though.

I would not worry if some dripped out.
I never felt any different either!
I drank coffee until the transfer, then switched to half caf.

I felt the same way about Gonal pen. Like I didn't keep it in long enough or press it enough times. Last cycle I almost over stimmed. So my point is, even if you think you did it wrong you probably didn't. IMO, if it had to be so precise down to a drip we wouldn't be allowed to do if ourselves. Lol.

I think you are fine. I have had some Gonal F drip out in the past. Half Cafe is good!

I never feel different until I am close to the ER. 2-3 days before that my ovaries always feel huge (because they are!).
If a little bit of menopur came out, I am sure you are fine.
For this cycle, I avoided all caffeine and alcohol from CD 1.

Hi, I wouldn't worry if any med dripped out. I had the same thing happen to me. I didn't feel any different while I was stimming for 2 weeks. I did stay away from caffeine and alcohol during my IVF and FET cycle.

I asked the doctor. He said coffee was fine, and there's no real evidence that it would effect my lining or eventual pregnancy unless I drink more than 3 cups a day.. which I don't.
I completely resent having to go through IF... and right now, the thought of doing ONE. MORE. THING. to accommodate IVF is bringing me to my breaking point. So, I'm drinking the d*mn coffee. :)
I had like a HUGE phobia of needles... let me tell you, injecting yourself with two needles clears that up right quick.
