Still haven't closed yet.
For a home that we were supposed to close on last week, we still haven't gotten word from the bank if they've even accepted the short sale. To add further insult to injury, the termite inspection we needed to be approved for the mortgage expired today. So now we have to shell out twice the amount of money to get the inspection again. I keep saying things can't get any worse, and yet I keep having the worst luck.
I had hoped to fix this house and upgrade in 10 years, but I don't think I ever want to go through this stress and heartache again.
Thanks for letting me vent.
