Stiff Hands/Joints
Lately my hands and fingers have been feeling really stiff. They are puffy (my rings haven't fit in almost 2 months) and the knuckles are sore. I'm noticing my other joints are sore too - knees, etc.
Is this normal? Did anyone else experience and anything to do to help?
Oh the joys of pregnancy!

Yes. It was worse at night. I think it was the hormone, relaxin that allows joints like hips to widen for childbirth. Although my rings fit fine up til about 2 days before I delivered. (36 wks). My fingers didn't swell but my knuckles got bigger.

Yes- my fingers are so stiff!! Especially when I first wake up and haven't been bending them.
