did the show get canceled? was that episode where Jaime finds his wife in that tower and when she tried to get back to her original husband the final episode of the season??

No they split up the season into 2 halves. The second half of the season starts up again in April I think.

It comes back out April 4th. The ordered the original 8, with an option for another 8 if it did well. It did even better than they thought it would, and order the other 8 to the season and will be shooting season 2 in February. I really love this series. I think Starz did a great job.
