Starting off the new year right!!
I'm so excited! I just signed up for Boot Camp at my gym (Synergy). It's an 8 week program. You get 16 personal training session and 24 group training sessions.
I can't wait to start!! I hope this helps me tone up and get stronger!

Not at all! I paid $550 for all the sessions. I had done personal training right before the wedding and it was a little more than that. I'm really excited because I've worked with this trainer before and he knows how to kick my butt into shape!

I wonder if my gym has it. I was thinking of getting a PT just to have a responsibility to go to the gym.
I remember this one PT guy working with a lady at my gym and he was SCARY. Very drill seargenty. I'm not sure if I'd laugh at him ot cry though lol

I know at my gym they have a bunch of trainers and you can tell them what type of trainer you want. Mine isn't scary at all- but he does yell in a motivating way. I had requested someone to "kick my butt into shape." You can probably ask for someone gentler.

sounds awesome! i did a bootcamp program awhile ago and it KICKED Mt assss. most tone and in shape I've ever been. Good luck!!
