Starting milk
Just gave dd her first ounce of milk earlier - what exactly am I supposed to look for to see if she has any milk issues??

Starting milk
When transfering to milk slowly combine with formula. 8 oz bottle so do 7 of formula one oz milk. If she is ok no rash or anything then move on to 2 oz milk/6 of formula. If she is allergic you will know it.

I think you're looking for both. With DD, we saw hives right away on her face. You can also see digestive issues which I think would indicate more of an intolerance than an allergy.

Both. My dd showed digestive issues about a week into the transition becsuse she cannot digest large amounts of dairy. She started to get diarrhea and have bad gas. I stoppped the milk and she was fine.
She does well with dairy and all cheese but i ended up with almond milk.
