STAR
Closing in June. Previous owner did not have a STAR exemption (never applied for it). When can I apply and when does it take effect. House is in Suffolk. Next tax due after I close would be 1/10/13 i believe. TIA

We closed in Jan and had to have our application for Star in by Mar 1st. Call the town.
