Stand or Mount?
For your 55-60 inch did you use a stand or mount your Tv.
If you used a Tv Console where did you get it?

Ours is only 42 but we mounted because I am afraid of one of the kids tipping it over.
We have a low console from JC penny underneath it.

I think ours is 55" and we mounted it. We have a console under it for the components.

Ditto for us. Except we mounted ours to the back of the console instead of the wall.
Here is what I have from Ethan Allen, I really love it and it comes in a few sizes.

We have both. Our 50" is mounted our 55" has a console stand only bc it came with one.

47" on a stand... 37" on a stand.... i think it looks better and its also must more eye level when your sitting on the couch.

we just got a cabinet and it mounts inside of it. my tv is 50" though.
I will post pics of it tonight I got it from walmart.com I think it was $300
We were planning ahead for kids. I don't like the mounts on the wall, and I didn't want it lose on a stand, it could fall over if a child pulled on it.

Our 55" is mounted on the wall. It used to be on a stand. I was very nervous having it like that with my kids. I pretty much forced DH to mount it. lol
Here's a pic when we first had it mounted and had the surround sound installed (done on the same day). Now the wall is painted and our console for underneath is being delivered on Wed.
