Stackable washer and dryer
Does anyone have them in their house? I know they are popular in apartments.
We're redormering and moving our laundry room upstairs and our builder suggested this.
Are they substantially smaller than a regular washer and dryer? I feel like I"m constantly doing laundry (and we're only a family of three!)

I have them stacked and I like it.. saves up space! Mine are small, but I don't think they always have to be..I am not sure though.
no matter what though, I think everyone always feels they are constantly doing laundry!

all the front loaders can be stacked. The are just as big if not bigger than the top loaders.

Thanks for your replies - stacking them will really free up space for another closet (since that's the thing I'm looking forward to most out of this renovation - ample closet space!)
