ST Recipe Rave
I just made the chicken enchilada stuffed zucchini boats and they were delicious! DH loved them and they were so satisfying. The only thing is the prep work is too much for me during the work week (scooping out the zucchini's) so next time I will start some of it on the weekend. Just wanted to share the success of this recipe
