St Maarten

Looking for hotel recommendations? Would you stay in the Dutch or French side? Would you do all inclusive?

Thanks

I like the dutch side better. Check out the Divi Little Bay -- it is on the best piece of beach. Def go to the french side for a visit to shop and eat, especially croissants.
I posted a while back a whole long list of recommended restaurants. I will try to bump it for you.

certain resorts are. we stayed at the sonesta great bay a few years ago that wasn't, but the sonesta maho was family friendly. we went there for a visit (we were able to access both resorts since we stayed at great bay), and we actually liked maho better in a way. it is RIGHT by the airport and the sunset bar (the bar where you go to see the planes come in), so we thought it would be loud bc of the planes, but it didn't seem that bad (granted we didn't stay there at night so im not sure how it is then)

we were actually looking to go back there with our LO
