St. Lucia or Barbados?
Trying to decide between the two for a babymoon.
Also - anyone know what the deal is with Dengue Fever in those places?

Re: St. Lucia or Barbados?
We went to St. Lucia last year and Barbados the year before. St. Lucia is our favorite but I did love Barbados too. In Barbados we stayed in St. Lawrence Gap at a great all-inclusive called Turtle Beach.
The only problem with St. Lucia (and I say this because I know you are pregnant) is the trip from the airport to where most of the resorts are located. It was a 90 minute very bumpy ride and next time, especially if I were in your situation, I would do the helicopter ride to Castries and then it's a short ride to the hotels.
We had no problems at all with mosquitos in either place but I did wear spray with deet, which you probably won't be able to use.

I have been to both and prefer St. Lucia! If you have been to Hawaii, the topography is very similiar. Have fun !

ITA with you on St. Lucia and the ride to the hotels- very good point!!
As for Dengue, I know of people who got it in DR and Haiti but havent heard much about it in other countries.

St Lucia by far!
The ride from the airport is a little rough, I guess it would depend on how pregnant I was if it would bother me or not. Though I didn't think it was as bad as people made it out to, guess it depends on the driver.

We went to St. Lucia on our HM and LOVED it. The ride is long but tolerable and well worth it.
You can also take a boat trip to Martinique from St. Lucia
