Do you need a leisure pass? And is there a fee?

During the weekend they do check to make sure you are a nassau county resident though.
ETA: Also, its not so much a "sprinkler park" - its a sprinkler in the middle of the park. thats it - just a sprinkler - with nothing else around it. Its not like tobay or wantagh park!

Where is it? Is it the one behind thr Field 2 playground? I was there last week and it was all overgrown and gross... the sprinkler wasn't even on. Is there another one at Eisenhower bc I really want to take my DS to it!
