Spotting on Injectables?

This is my first injectables cycle (I have PCOS). I'm on CD11 and have had 8 days worth of shots (Gonal-f and then just switched to Follistim). I was on 150ius, but they upped it to 187.5 on Saturday. Since yesterday morning I have been spotting (not enough for a pad - really just when I wipe). It's pink, not bright red. I also had some pains/pulling in my lower abdomen that stretched to my back.

I mentioned it to the doctors office this morning and she didn't seem concerned, but she's also not the doctor. She wrote it down and I'm sure the nurses will review with the doc and when they call me later maybe they'll address it. I have only 1 growing follie at 14. The others are all still small.

Has anyone else experienced spotting and/or pains during an injectable cycle? Was everything ok? I'm so scared they'll cancel this cycle because we're going away in three weeks and will probably have to take next cycle off. I really don't want to miss out on 2 cycles.Chat Icon

I didn't spot while on the injectables just on the birth control. Did the dr's ever get back to you?
