I would call...sometimes it is normal, other times it could be something...I know for me with my first I had low progesterone levels and I had to be put on suppositories to help with that. This one had a light pink spotting and it was something. My advice is to always call the doctor...they know best

Re: spotting *update
Now I am worried....last night the slight spotting ended...woke up at 6 this morning and was bleeding with small clots...no cramps..the blood was red at first and then brownish...its light bleeding but I'm all the way up in vermont so the earliest I can get to my doctor is early this evening. Docs office opens at 9 so I'll call then...I don't know what to think...my symptoms have been lessening too

Re: spotting
I wouldnt worry about your symptoms... they come and go a lot... but definitely try and get an appointment with your doc... have them test your progesterone...

Re: spotting
I had no symptoms when I was spotting and it lasted for a solid week. My dr sent me for an early sono just to make sure everything was ok. So far so good and I finally stopped spotting.

Re: spotting
I had spotting with my 1st dc and now with this one. I woke up Friday night with brownish/dark red spotting. I had an appt. today and I had a sono. Baby is fine we were able to see and hear the heartbeat. I'm 7weeks 2days as of today.
