Spotting - 1st Trimester
For those of you who had spotting during the first trimester, how long did it last for?

i had 3 different instances....they each lasted for one bathroom visit or two tops.
TMI question - were you struggling to go number 2? If so - it's possible that you were struggling too much and that's what caused the spotting.... For 2 of my three times - that was the reason (as per my doc).

I had spotting on and off from basically weeks 5 through 8. Feel free to FM if you have further questions. It basically caused me lots of undue worry!

Thanks! I've had it off and on now for about two weeks. I'm goint tonight for my 8 week appointment. I just hope everything is ok!

I bet it will be fine. I had a sono early on for the same reasons. Hey, maybe you are having twins too!

I had 3 different episodes, 8 weeks, 10 weeks, and 12 weeks. All were due to a low lying placenta my MD says, but nothing for a month now.
Each lasted about the time i was in the bathroom, and i kept wipping until there was nothing.
