Split Ends...
I swear I have the WORST split ends. I have a habit of sitting at my desk and cutting them off. Does everyone with long stright hair have split ends? I really don't know what it's from.. I don't use an iron that often...
What do you use to prevent/treat them?

Blowdrying a lot will also be why.
I suffer from split ends...I do blowdry everyday and hot iron rarely but I do.
I also had JHS.
I try to cut my hair every 2 months but that hasnt really happen., but I hear that does help.
I also play with them

I japanese straighten too, but I had these split ends even before I did that. I cut my hair every 2 months but I feel like it's never cut enough to get all the split ends off!!!
it's driving me crazy!
Does anyone think it has to do with the shampoo and conditioner you use? I just bought Kerastase for damaged and weakened hair... lets see if that helps!

LOL!!
Go to Ulta! they have it there.. I had HORRID split ends (since I gave birth to my DD in '06 and I had breakage and PP hairloss YUCK) and my hairdresser told me that I needed a protein bond for my hair and she recommended that I use this.

I have JHS and I only get split ends right before I get a haircut. I use Redken allsoft shampoo and conditioner and occasionally use Crede ER which I bought were I got JHS.
