Spinoff..another bottle question..
For those who do RTF, what do you do when you go out? As of now, I take premade bottles with me and put them in an insulated bag with ice packs. Its working for us especially since Megan likes her milk cold but its just so many bags. I have my pocketbook, her diaper bag with extra clothes etc in it, and the insulated bottle bag. Should I just do powder for when we go out? What do you do?

i fill bottles up with boiled h20 and then i bought the similac singles and keep them in tthe bag

I do the same thing - pre made in the bottle bag with an ice pack. I agree - its a pain carrying so many bags.
I tried using powder when we go out but DD doesnt like it as much.

I put the bottle in the insulated bag...no ice pack though. I put that into the diaper bag....depending on where we are going, I just put it in the basket on the bottom of the stroller.

We use Similac Advance RTF and bought a few boxes of the 8oz cans and I toss one of those and an empty bottle in the diaper bag. When they were drinking 4oz or less I got the 4oz glass bottles instead.

I do the same thing. The 8oz cans are more expensive but when I have coupons, I buy them because it is so convenient.
