Spinoff to Peanut Allergies

On New Year's Day I gave DD a piece of pancake that was made from a mix that came from Swiss Colony.

I didn't read the label until after she ate it. Turns out, not only did it contain peanuts it had 9 kinds of tree nuts in it

It was a small piece and she had no reaction whatsoever. I'll ask her ped when she goes in next, but for the BTDT moms - do you think that's enough of a test for allergies??
