Spinoff to never gaining weight...
OK, I realize that the previous "would you rather" wasn't very well balanced in the options...
How about: Would you rather never gain weight, but you still had to worry about current societal expectations of appearance, beauty, and youth. or Have society completely treat women like men, and your actual weight and appearance didn't matter at all. No stressing over makeup, wrinkles, fashion, etc. Exactly like men are treated today. As long as we are relatively clean and somewhat dressed, nobody cares.

I always say I'd love to be a guy. Makes getting ready in the morning so much easier and so much cheaper too.
So I'd go with that!

Re: Spinoff to never gaining weight...
I do NOT want to be treated like a man! I LOVE being a woman and having all the clothes and accessories and make up at my disposal!
So I definitely pick the first option.
And btw, appearance matters for EVERYONE, not just woman. Being "relatively clean and somewhat dressed' does not fly for men either... unless they work on a farm or in construction, of course

Men get away with a lot.... I know very few men who bother with their hair, other than washing it and having it cut once in a while. T-shirts and jeans are daily attire for most guys I know. We never deal with makeup. None of those guys are criticized or commented on about their appearance.... and I work in a white collar environment, even though very few of us actually wear white collars anymore.

Never gain weight.
I kind of like getting "dolled up". I don't have to if I don't want to.

never gain weight.
i don't dress for others i dress for me. with the second scenario, my shirts still would not fit right and clothes would still not cover my huge belly the way they should. so it would not change much for me. i would still not feel good for me, not others.

Re: Spinoff to never gaining weight...
Not gain weight I guess ... But that's because I don't care about social expectations now I never wear makeup (and not just because I am married I just never wore it except some maybe in high school) , I wear what I want to wear and what I like ... I don't have wrinkles and if I did there is not much I can do about it so it wouldn't bother me!
