This is seriously how I felt about my last job. I couldn't find one redeeming quality by the time I left. I ended up getting laid off (along with half the company) and it was the BEST thing that ever happened to me. I found a new job a month later and the difference is night and day.

me too, losing my job bc they were filing ch 11. So glad they did bc it forced me to start looking for a new job which I needed to do for the last year ( or more). I ma making more $$, and the support I get from my new team is great!
plus, I feel respected from my co-workers for the work I do. This was confirmed on Saturday when someone in a different department said, I really like they way you write up your intakes, very detailed and complete. I was like  wow, thank you. Made me feel SOOO good.

Spinoff to Little things you love about your workplace
I got fired from my job in April and that thread would have made me feel the same way. But now I have a new job that I look forward to going to and leave in a great mood!!! It's so refreshing
