YES! with soap 1000% of the time. I also use a paper towel to open the bathroom door when I leave.

Every time with soap and hot water except...in the middle of the night  I have to admit that it's not a regular thing for me to get up and go in the middle of the night so when I do I don't even think twice about washing my hands...I jump back in bed.

I am constantly washing my hands even if I don't go to the bathroom. I am a teacher so I wash my hands so many times during the day so I don't get sick but yet I still got a cold this week...haha But to answer the question asked I always do 100% of the time after I go to the bathroom.

Where are all of the people who don't?
I've seen it so many times at restaurants where people don't even seem to be embarrassed by flushing and then walking right out without even glancing at the sink! And I know you shouldn't eat the diner mints because of all the pee
And I always do, except if I wake up in the middle of the night....my goal then is to get in and out as fast as possible.

when i was little my dad always told me not to eat the yellow diner mints because they are yellow due to pee

ALL the time, With soap!!
I even wash my hands after changing DS' diaper. Each and every time.
If I'm out in public and there is no soap, I wash and put hand sanitizer on immediatley.

Other- not when I'm 1/2 asleep in the middle of the night or right before I jump into the shower.
ETA: Also sometimes if I'm in a public place and the sink is really dirty I get too skeeved to use it. That's when I use hand sanitizer.

I put other as well, because as one of the other posts said, I don't wash if I'm going to pee in the middle of the night. Well, unless it's not #1, THAT'S a different story...
But in public restrooms, I'm downright phobic...once my hands have been washed with the soap, I don't touch ANYTHING. If they have hand-drayers and no paper towels to grab the door handle, I'll go in and get a wad of toilet paper so I can leave.
