Spinoff to FB thread:How do you know that you have a FB stalker?
I have some FB friends who write status updates about their 'stalkers'
Ex: Some people need to get lives and stop stalking my life.
How have they figured this out if there is no real app to track who looks at your profile? The only way I can figure it out would be
a)Someone comments on all your pics and status updates
b) Someone adds you as a friend but never interacts with you on FB at all
Personally "A" doesn't bother me-if I it bothered me when people commented on pics/statuses, then I shouldn't be on FB
"B" bothers me and I limit these people's access to my profile or delete them.
What is your take?

My take is that if it was a real stalker they wouldn't be updating their statuses to include that person....the poster likely wants attention by making everyone think they actually have a stalker.

Privacy setting, smchivacy settings
EVERYONE is a stalker on FB,
You know how often my good friends come over for wine and someone logs onto their FB account? and the rest of us then can see a "full view" of their friend's profile (if we aren't "friends" with them.)
Someone will proclaim "Wow, so-and-so is getting a divorce!' and no one will believe them - they log onto their FB account - and show the rest the proof - a change in relationship status, a sad-sounding post, etc.
No one is safe - so I think no one should complain too much.
I hate FB and don't have one. It used to be fun - when I was in college and we could all see our classmates and it was just for certain college members, but even then it was sticky.
Now, it is much more grave.
