spinoff to custom window treatments
Where did everyone get them and not break the bank...I want something very formal in our dining room and formal living room and possibly our bedroom.

I priced it out at a bunch of places.
Least expensive: Casual Home and Garden on Rt 110.
Middle: Mill End Shops in East Islip
Next: Fabric Mill in Plainview
Most Expensive and crappiest looking place which shocked the shitt outta me: Peggy's Custom Window treatments on Sunrise Hwy in Bay Shore/Brentwood
Picked out my own fabric at Fabric Mill - $14.99/yard.
eta: This is what I had done - they were about $450 each. Plus the cost of fabric - I needed 21 yds for 4 windows.

These are very pretty. But did you mean that you wound up using Peggys for these and you were pleasantly surprised? Sorry- i couldnt understand

I went to school for it so I will be making my own. even the fabric is so expensive too so I'm doing it one room at a time. for our bedroom, I bought pre-made because I found exactly what I was looking for, and I didn't want to spend a ton of time sewing, we needed it done

I purchased some of mine from DrapeStyle.com, but as the name implies, they mainly make drapes.
