Spinoff on Feeding on Demand..

Spinoff on Feeding on Demand..
DS is 2 months old and I feed him on demand which basically is every 2-3 hours but he is on formula. He eats anywhere between 2 & 6 oz. per feeding and eats anywhere betwen 26 & 31 oz. per day. It also doesnt matter how much he ate at the previous feeding. Since he isnt eating 32oz should I just leave it like that?

I believe in feeding on demand and not on a schedule so I would give my child the food he/she is asking for.
