I haven't really been eating a big lunch - I don't have a huge appetite -
Once in a blue moon I'll have tuna salad or a grilled cheese. - Those are random days I'm actually hungry .......Other than that, it's fruit, yogurt, cottage cheese, oatmeal -

leftovers from dinner. for example today i have mac and cheese.
soup- but i buy the low salt soup
salads with grilled chicken and low fat dressing
peanut butter and fluff

I have a turkey sanwich, with some soup. Most days I hit Panera. Today I will have leftover Spaghetti with spinach and tomatos. YUM
