Spinoff- Credit card rewards?
What have you gotten with your rewards points?
I have an Amex with about 80k points and have no idea what to do with it.

we had about 50,000 pts on our Mastercard...that were slowly starting to expire....I used them to get hotel coupons for $50 each, car rental coupons $50 each...and we used it for our last vacation.
It was great to be able to save the points up and use them all at once.

We have over 120k points and are planning on using them towards a vacation come Jan/Feb.
We've cashed in for Home Depot and Pottery Barn GCs......and I have a separate card that I've cashed in points for Banana Republic and Gap cards.

We have the amex one that gives you 1% back in $25 gift cards, we usually use them as they come for date nights

Ditto. This is the absolute BEST rewards credit cards. LOVE the starwood brand hotels too.
Had a crappy general rewards card that I did get one honeymoon flight out of.

i have a rgular rewards Amex and usually use them for flights. We will use them for our anniversary trip in Feb or March.

with Amex- I pay with points- i saved $400 on my thanksgiving flights
I got 2 free trips on Jet Blue
from citibank- thank you points- gas gift cards and Target gift cards

Home Depot gift cards, Macy's gift cards (so when I go buy makeup it doesn't hurt as much!!) or with Discover sometimes I just have them take it off my bill.
