Spinoff: best 1-2 cup coffeemaker?
I need one. I only drink decaf, and my mom refuses to drink decaf, so we have issues.
Any suggestions?
One big concern is if the coffee doesn't come out hot enough.

I doubt it's the best, but we had a Melitta dual thermal mug coffee maker. Reasonably priced and it made good coffee, plus it was nice that it had the travel mugs.

cuisinart has a 2 cup one with travel mugs
or a 4 cup one that's really good

I have this - got it as a gift - but found that it was tough to brew two cups. The coffee was running all over the place.

Santa brought this to be last year! I love it! It uses coffee grinds like a real drip machine. It comes with a mesh basket.
