I actually have "snow pants and a snow jacket" for DD.. she is 14 months.. but dont have boots.. what kind of boots are good for that age for the snow?

She has a pair of emus.. are they water proof? I wonder if i can just wrap garbage bags around them if theyre not

It might be too late, but Target has a lot of them on clearance (50-70% off), or you can use plastic bags I guess!!!

I got my sons at stride rite. Made very well- warm and waterproof.

My sis gave me a pair of snow boots that are a size 5. My DD is about a size 3 but I could not find anything in that size. I just used the size 5 with thick slipper socks inside. I think my sis said they were from target or wal mart.

i had a pair of snow boots i got at a consignment sale but i couldnt get them on DDs feet. instead i had a pair of size 7 rain boots (shes size 5). she had two layers of socks on and it did the trick but it also helps that my kid hates snow and doesn't run around in it really at all...
