If you use a COD plan and your oil burner breaks down who do you call to fix it if you do not have a contract?

I was just going to ask the same thing. If you get oil delivered by a company without have a service contract, who fixes it? I think you can call any company but it can get $$$.

You can have a service contract w/ someone whom you don't buy oil from.
