Does she send him a separate holiday card or no card all together? I think she is trying to be nice to you and your dd. I think it is up to her son to say something if he is upset by it. If he is not upset or does not care, I would let it be. He did not convert right?

I don't think she means any harm but it would annoy me a little bit. It also could be that she can't identify DH as Jewish, and if his name is included she may have thought it might offend you? Maybe you could ask her in a humorous way, why his name was excluded.

It wouldn't bother me because i would assume that she didn't send the card to DH because he's NOT Jewish. You and DD are, so she's sending you happy wishes for your holiday.
Sure, she could have included him and no one would have thought it odd, but i don't think it was any weird thing to not include him.
