I also heard you should not have soft ice-cream ( Carvel etc..) while PG....
Completely forgot about it , and had a Carvel sundae a few weeks ago ....Oops
Dr. never mentioned it to me , but I've read about it online....
Just figured I'd pass it on if anyone is neurotic'ish like me

Ummm there was a period when I was preggo w/ DD that I ate Carvel vanilla ice cream almost every night!!! Other than gaining too much weight everything was fine. I wish I would have know soft-serve was on the "no-no" list. I am sure it would have saved me at least 10-12 pounds
