We went there the other night and they said there would a 80 to 95 minute wait.
Who figures time like that?

when I was a hostess, we figured out wait time by how many tables were waiting X 2.
so if you were the 25th name on the list, your wait time would be 50-60 minutes -
but we would adjust it based upon how the kitchen was doing (if they were getting food out quickly or not) if there were a lot of large parties sitting down, etc.
its very hard - near impossible- to figure out a wait time -
