spin off of developmental ped
I was wondering for those of you that went - is there an optimal age to bring them? What I mean is will they diagnosis certain things only after say age 3, age 5, etc.?

No, you go and they want you to make follow-up visits.
From what I understand they won't diagnose ADHD until kindergarten or 1st grade. APD is around 6-7 years old.
