Spin Classes?
Does anyone know of a gym on the south shore in nassau that I don't have to be a member of to take their spin classes?

I know this isn't the south shore, but there is a place called Busto's in Plainview where you can take spin classes and not be a member..kinda interested myself but the hours don't seem so hot for me...

Plainview is not far from my job and my home. I called the Ballys in Levittown yesterday and they also said they have spin classes that you can take and not be a member of the gym.
