What happens if my DH has bad sperm quality?

What do you mean by sperm quality?
My DH has morphology issues. The doc said that an IUI may work but if it doesn't its cause the sperm can't fertilize the egg due to the shape. If that's the case for me, I would have to do IVF.

depends what exactly it is: count, motility or morphology and how bad each of these is.
