Spectra S2 vs S1
Is it worth it to upgrade to S1 for $75? That's what my pump supplier offers. I'm not going to pump outside the house, but it might be easier if I don't need to sit by an outlet. Annoying that the difference is only $30 on spectrausa... Pumping didn't work out for me last time, but I want to try it.

Re: Spectra S2 vs S1
I wouldn't and didn't spend the extra on it. I have the Spectra 9 (as well as the S2) and it's handy for when I'm on the go, but now, after 6 months, I notice it doesn't get as much juice unless it's plugged in, even though it technically doesn't need to be. And this is after charging for hours until it's definitely at full battery.

The S2 is great. I'm still pumping at 16months with it.

Does it ever bother you that it needs to plugged in? I think that's the only difference between the two.

Not at all. I use it mostly at home. I also have an outlet in my car.

Agreed - I have the S2 also and have used it at home, at work, in the car (got a car adapter) and it really hasn't been that much of an issue being near an outlet.
