Specialist for DH
I had my second IUI on Friday. The doctor said DH's sperm count was lower than he would like. There were five sperm per microscopic field, he would like to see 10 to 20. They didn't love it last time either, but said this time was worse.
I am still optimistic. All it takes is one good sperm. DH had SA last year, twice, and all was fine, this was about 9 months ago. I got pregnant last summer, but that failed or other reasons.
What kind of specialist do we send DH to? A urologist that specializes in infertility? I am hoping for someone that has night or weekend hours.

Hey, they will want him to see a urologist. Some RE's have one on site but mine did not. DH decided to go to LIJ's Urology specialists. They were fantastic! Urologists specialize in male fertility so any should be just fine. DH was freaked out bc they reached all the way in his behind for a prostate check and he was MORTIFIED!
